In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or unforeseen events. If this occurs, we will notify you via email. We share your goal of getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

While most packages are delivered within the estimated time frames, actual delivery dates may vary due to flight schedules, weather, and other external factors. You may initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions
Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused and with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on certain items such as final sale or personalized products.

  2. Ship the item back to the designated address within 30 days.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange.

FAQ

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Most of our orders ship within 24-48 hours excluding weekends and holidays.

WHAT IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?

We provide all orders with tracking numbers. If your tracking information shows delivered but you haven't received it you'll need to file a claim with the carrier. For USPS, file a claim. For UPS, file a claim. If your tracking information doesn't show delivered and you believe your package is lost, please email us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

Depending on which zone you live in and which shipping type you chose, shipping may take anywhere from 1-4 days. Please review the above chart for estimated shipping times. Carriers have been experiencing shipment delays. Unfortunately, this isn't something we have control over so your package may take longer then the estimated time frame.

HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY REFUND?

We issue your refund as soon as we receive confirmation that the jewelry has been shipped back to us by the carrier. Once we've issued the refund, it can take up to 7 business days for your card company to credit your account.
